We are fully leased on the first floor and taking a waitlist. Our First Floor units have 3-4 beds and 3 full baths, walk in closets, 10 foot ceilings, and fully upgraded finishes. Units 107 and 109 are on the east side of the building and 108 and 110 are on the west side. Starting at $2100 a month.

First floor Units 103 to 106, 113-116

We are sold out of first floor units. Units 105 and 106 and 3 beds and 3 baths, walk in closets, 10 foot ceilings, and fully upgraded finishes. 113-116 are 4 bed units. Starting at $2000 a month

We are fully leased on the first floor and taking a waitlist. Units 101-102 are corner units with 2 beds and 2 baths, walk in closets, 10 foot ceilings, and fully upgraded finishes. They have laundry in the basement.

First floor North Side

These units are on the main level and all have basements.

First floor units on South Side

These units are on the south side of the main floor. All of them have enormous basements in addition to the 2 bed units on the main level.

North Side Basements

These plans show an unfinished basement but all of the units on the north side, (except for 101 and 102), have a third bed and bath in the basement.

South Side Basements

These plans show an unfinished basement but all of the units on the south side, (except for 111 and 112 which have two beds in the basement), have a third bed and bath in the basement.

Our second floor units have two large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a small office, and fantastic views.

Second and Third Floor B Unit

Our second and third floor units are large 2 bed 2 bath units with an office. They include a washer and dryer and have great views.

These large units have 2 beds and 2 baths and a large office. Balconies are off the bedrooms.

These large units are on the south side of the building. All of them are 2 bed and 2 bath with balconies, walk in closets, and large bedrooms.

Our second and third floor units are all 2 bed 2 bath units with a small office. They have walk in closets, great views, and high end finishes.

Unit 2B/3B

Our second floor units have 2 beds, 2 baths, a small office, washer and dryer, high end finishes, and great views.

Third Floor North Side

Our Third floor units are like our second floor but with better views.

Third Floor South Side

Third Floor South Side units are 2 beds and 2 baths with a large office.

Units 401, 402, 419, 420

These corner units have 3 beds and 3.5 baths. Units 401 and 419 face the quiet hillside. Units 402 and 420 overlook Riverwoods. They also come with enormous patios.

Units 403 to 418

The fourth floor townhome units have 2 beds and 2.5 baths. The second bed is upstairs. Washer dryer, high end finishes and great views.
